Solution 1: The Xilinx JTAG Programmer supports configuration of all Xilinx JTAG devices, except the XC3000 and Coolrunner. Limited testing capabilities are available for the CPLD devices, however, Xilinx softwares primary use should be for configuring devices, not testing. Xilinx does not support general purpose testing. We do supply BSDL files for all of our parts that have been indepentendtly verified by intellitech software.
