General Description:
The device family XC4000XLA does not show up as a target device
family selection in the Logiblox setup menu, even though
XC4000XLA is a supported family in the M1.5 release.
Solution 1:
Target the XC4000XL family as a workaround (Logiblox will
implement the module in the same manner for both
architectures).
