General Description:
Ngdbuild v1.4 fails with a "Missing CONFIG property" error
when translating an XNF file generated by LogiBLOX, CORE
Generator, or some third party synthesis tool.
Solution 1:
The problem is usually associated with naming a user module
with some Xilinx reserved name such as "decoder", "tbuf",
etc.
The workaround is to change the name of the module to
something other than the reserved name.
This problem has been fixed in the M1.5 release.
