Record #4449

Product Family: Hardware

Product Line: 9500

Product Part: 9500

Problem Title:

9500: GENRAD ATE, Using DSM (Deep Serial Memory) to reduce DTS file size

Problem Description:

Urgency: Standard

General Description: How to reduce file sizes on the Genrad
Automatic Test Equipment?

Solution 1:

When running the SVF2DTS the DTS file size can be large.
Deep Serial Memory (DSM) is the only way to reduce
the file sizes. Customer's who do not have this option
on the ATE may consider not including the Verify when creating
the SVF file if this is being done. The Device self-verifies as it programs.
