Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: On Solaris, if the port list is too big to fit in the size of the
window displayed, the vertical scroll bar should control the scrolling of the list so
one has access to the whole list. Instead if the ports window has a visible
*horizontal* scrollbar, vertical scrolling doesn't work properly.
Solution 1:
Resize the Constraints Editor to be big enough to make the *horizontal* scroll bar
dissappear and vertical scrolling will work.
