M1.5: Constraints Editor: User created TPTHRUs are not selectable in advanced tab
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: TPTHRUs that are in the ucf are not accessable in the
advanced tab.
Solution 1:
To utilize the TPTHRU constraint, it must be created in the same session in
which it is to be used.
This issue is being addressed in the 1.5 patch.
