General Description: Are the 4000XL and 4000XV device families
footprint compatible within the same package?
Solution 1:
The 4000XL and 4000XV devices are footprint compataible except
for the power supplies.
XV devices have both VCCIO and VCCINT. The VCCIO pins are the
same as the VCC pins on the XL device.
However, there are some additional pins labelled VCCINT on the
XV. These will need to be connected to 2.5V.
The VCCINT pins were normal IO pins on the XL device but are
now used to supply the core voltage.
