Solution 1:
The PCILOGIC cell is design to be used primarily with the Xilinx Real-PCI 64/66 PCI
core and has been tested to meet PCI setup/hold times in this implementation. Use
of this cell outside of the Xilinx Real-PCI 64/66 may introduce errors in mapping,
placement, timing, and/or functional simulation and Xilinx will not support the use of
this cell outside the Xilinx Real-PCI 64/66 Interface.
