The Synopsys FPGA and Design Compiler libraries for synthesis of
the XC40125XV device are available for download from the Xilinx FTP site.
Instructions are included on how to install these files in a README file
withing the archive.
Note, these files are to be used with the Xilinx Alliance 1.4 version
of software only.
