Urgency: Standard
General Description: When running place and route (Par), a core dump/page fault
occurs after the message Starting constructive placer
Solution 1:
This problem has been fixed for the M1.5i Performance Pack Update which
is scheduled to begin shipping in December 1998.
Meanwhile the problem can be avoided by switching to the DFS timing
algorithm which was the default algorithm in A1.4.
