M1.5 Floorplanner: Cannot floorplan BUFGLS and BUFGE for XL and EX devices
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: The floorplanner does not allow users to floorplan
the BUFGLS and BUFGE correctly for XL and EX devices.
Solution 1:
This will be resolved in future software updates.
A workaround is to either to not place the BUFGx's and let PAR do the
placement. Or to lock them down in the ucf file to the Top Right, Top
Left, Bottom Left, or Bottom Right.
