Problem Description:
A design which maps, places routes and configures fine in M1.4, fails with a fatal
error in MAP 1.5.
The full error is:
FATAL_ERROR:x4ema:x4emamerge.c:2994:1.43 - Pin 15 already occupied in mergeclbs
for CLB: [8982] Process will terminate. Please call Xilinx support.
This error occurs whether or not the UCF is used.
Solution 1:
This problem was fixed for the 1.5i release.
