Program latency (Tpl) Time between Program going high and INIT going high


Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description:   On page 4-69 of '98 databook, the Tpl
is 1 - 4 us per CLB column.  This does not match with the flow chart
on page 4-51 where it says ~1.3 us per frame.

Page 4-69 should say 1 - 4 us per frame.


Solution 1:

Replace the us per CLB column with us per frame.

For example a 4020E contains 1,399 frames making the min time Tpl
to be 1us x 1,399 = 1.399ms and the max 4us x 1,399 = 5.596ms.
