M1.5 Floorplanner: Floorplan window does not show RLOCs
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
When a design is opened with M1.5 floorplanner, the Floorplan
window does not show RLOCs associated with a RLOC_ORIGIN.
These constraints are improperly applied.
Solution 1:
Follow these steps to resolve the ERROR:
1- Run the design through PAR or Place and Route.
2- Load the Placed and Routed NCD file with the NGD file into Floorplanner.
3- In the placement window select the RPM.
3- Select "Constrain from Placement" from the Floorplan menu.
This will properly build and place the RPM for Floorplaning.
This will be resolved in a future software release.
