M1.5: Constraints Editor: Can't enter any number that starts with "." or "0" in the pad to
pad field.
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: Can't enter any number that starts with "." or "0" in the pad to
pad field. A form pops up immediately that states "PAD to PAD time value is out of
range".
Solution 1:
The workaround for this situation is to change the units so that the number entered
does not start with a "." or a "0".
This will be resolved in the next release of the software.
