F1.x State Editor - How do you specify registered or combinatorial outputs?
Problem Description:

General Description:
The State Editor defaults to creaing combinatorial outputs when designing state
machines. This may cause a glitch or or undesired side-effects if the designer is
expecting the logic to be syncronous.
Solution 1:
The outputs may be set to combinatorial or registered through the Port Properties
dialog box.
* Right click on the desired output port at the top of the page and select Properties.
* Choose either combinatorial or registered.
* Select OK.
* Resave the State Machine by selecting File -> Save.
