Occasionally, NGDBUILD will give the error:
ERROR: based: 6 - On or above line <line> in file <file>:
Duplicate entry for component <component> in library work.
Solution 1:
This has been seen to happen when there is a user-created macro
that has been named the same as a standard Xilinx library
component. This is especially likely if the user is generating
Logiblox or CoreGen modules. The solution is to regenerate the
Logiblox or CoreGen module with a name different from those of
the library components.
