Problem Title:
Alliance 1.5 & Foundation 1.5 Service Packs are available.

Problem Description:
Versions of the Alliance 1.5/Foundation 1.5 Service Pack
are available at:

   http://www.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates/index.htm

The Service Pack contains a number of bug fixes for
applications such as map, par and ngdanno. In particular,
Virtex support and the Constraints Editor have been improved.

Note: This Service Pack is compatible with the M1.5 release
only. It is not compatible with the M1.5i release which already
contains all changes included in this Service Pack.

Solution 1:

Work Station Installation instructions:

1. Download the file 15_service_pack1_sol.tar.gz (substitute
hp for sol where appropriate) For Virtex support, also
    download the file 15_service_pack1_virtex_all_sol.tar.gz
or one of the smaller device specific equivalents.

2. Create a directory to either use as a $MYXILINX area (see
    http://www.xilinx.com/techdocs/2493.htm for details) or to
use as a staging area for an installation into the A1.5/F1.5
    $XILINX area.

3. cd to the new directory.

3. gzip -d 15_service_pack1_sol.tar.gz

4. tar xvf 15_service_pack1_sol.tar

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for any Virtex specific files.

6. Run the "install" program from the staging directory.

7. Respond to prompts. Only files that already exist in
    $XILINX will be updated.

Solution 2:

PC Installation instructions:

1. Download the file 15_service_pack1_nt.zip. For Virtex
support,
    also download the file 15_service_pack1_virtex_all_nt.zip
or one of the smaller device specific equivalents.

2. Create a directory to use as temporary staging area for
an installation into the A1.5/F1.5 %XILINX% area.

3. Use Winzip or an equivalent utility to unzip the update
file(s) into the staging directory. All update files should
be unzipped into the staging directory before setup is run.
Be sure to preserve the folder structure of the archive
when extracting the data. For Winzip, this is done by
checking "Use Folder Names" in the Extract window. For
PKUNZIP, this is done by using the -d command line option.

4. Run the setup executable in the staging directory.
Only files that already exist in %XILINX% will be
    updated.
