Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
An error has been discovered in the A1.5 and 1.5i versions of the
Xilinx-Synopsys Interface Desigware libraries where a carry chain
does not get initialized properly for XC4000, XC5200 and Spartan
devices when a single ADD_SUB is inferred with an "a - b - 1"
construct.
Solution 1:
Updated libraries have been uploaded to the FTP site in which fix
this problem.
