General Description:
When attempting to print just a small range of a simulation
the entire simulation is printed out, despite the page setup
options reflecting the desired range to print.
Solution 1:
Ensure the printer.cfg file is writable. This is usually
found in the FNDTN\ACTIVE\PROJECTS directory. If this file
is read only, the print options will not be saved.
