General Description:
It is currently not possible to generate dual-port ram with
un-registered outputs using COREGen v1.4 and 1.5.
Solution 1:
If you wish to generate an unregistered Dual Port RAM, you
may do so for 4K and Spartan devices using LogiBLOX.
