Problem Title:
A1.5/F1.5 Map caused an invalid page fault in libbasut.dll
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: Design implemented in M1.5p (service pack)
gets crashes in Map.
Solution 1:
This problem will be fixed in the first service pack after M1.5i. The error is caused by OBUFTs that
are reduced to constants, because both the input and the enable signals are tied to GND. Workaround
s until the release of the service pack are:
1) Eliminate the redundancy in the circuit; one could
replace the OBUFTs with OBUFs tied to GND.
2) Place a KEEP attribute on the net tied to ground
to keep map from trying to merge the constant all the way
forward to the pad.
