M1.5: Floorplanner does not recognize LOC attributes on some IOB components
Problem Description:
Urgency: standard
When LOC constraints are assigned to IOB components that are
not IBUFs, OBUFs or PADs, they are ignored by floorplan. Map
and par view these constraints as valid and places them
in the correct IOB. However, floorplan does not recognize
these constraints and does not display the signals as being
LOC-ed to the IOBs in the floorplan window.
Solution 1:
Workaround is to assign the LOC constraints to the PAD, IBUF,
or OBUF.
