Urgency: Standard
General Description: Are there any issues with powering up the
different voltage supplies in different orders for Virtex?
Solution 1:
There are no restrictions on the order of Vcco, Vccint, and Vin power
application. However, a Vin input greater then 3.6V should not be applied
to an otherwise unpowered device for more than 2% of its lifetime.
If after power-up, the Vccint is lost then the IO's will tri-state and return
to their pre-configuration state.
