General Description:
Can I run multiple version of Synopsys software on one operating system on my PC?
Solution 1:
According to Synopsys, only one version of Synopsys may exist on a system at one time.
This is due to registry settings that are set and used by each Synopsys product.
For example, you cannot have FPGA Express 3.1 and FPGA Express 3.2 on the same
machine.
Multiple products with the same version may exist, like FPGA Compiler II and FPGA Express,
for example. However, they must all come from the same source. For example, problems
will occur if you try to run Foundation Express and Workview Office Express on the same
machine. See (Xilinx Solution 4964) for details on this example.
