The Foundation F1.5/F1.5i schematic library contains a component called
BUFGIO. This component should not exist in the library, and will not
be recognized by the design implementation tools.
Solution 1:
The equivalent component, which is the valid component and is
recognized by the implementation tools is called IBUFG. Please use
the IBUFG instead of the BUFGIO.
