General Description: The Foundation 1.4 Quick Start Guide, page 4-29,
has a note that states "Foundation requires that all references end
with a number".
Is this still a requirement?
Solution 1:
No, this is no longer a requirment. This had once been a requirment with
an older version of the software, but Foundation versions 1.5 and 1.5i do not
require reference names to end in a digit.
