When opening the wtut_vhd project the Project Manager gives a
Library Directory Access Error, and complains
about not being able to find the following files:
wtut_vhd.hdr, .dir, .blk, .fig, .flg, .gnr, .id, .ini.
Solution 1:
The tutorial found at
ftp://ftp.xilinx.com/pub/documentation/M1.5_tutorials/wd_fnd_15a.zip
contains all of the proper files.
