When the Foundation install program is run, the license.dat
file is overwritten with a demo license. This is bad if the installer is being run on
an installation which already has a custom license file in place. The license file
is overwritten even when the only change is to add device families.
Solution 1:
Save the license file to a location other than the fndtn tree.
Solution 2:
Make a copy of the license file (and user projects in the fndtn tree) before each install.Foundation
