Problem Description:
PAR prints the following message when all I/O components in
a design have location constraints:
WARNING:baspl:325 - IOPLACETASK: No I/O comps to place
The message is confusing to some customers who have interpruted
it to mean that PAR is reporting that the design has no I/O at
all. This is not the case.
Solution 1:
The message can be safely ignored.
