Problem Title:
M1.5: Floorplanner: RPMs are incorrectly displayed in the Floorplanner

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description: Relationally Placed Macros or RPMs contain specific
placement information. The Floorplanner improperly translates this information
for specific designs resulting in a Floorplan DRC ERROR.

Solution 1:

Follow these steps to resolve the ERROR:

1- Run the design through PAR or Place and Route.
2- Load the Placed and Routed NCD file with the NGD file into Floorplanner.
3- Run the Check Floorplan to find the RPM which is improperly translated.
4- Select the RPM in the Floorplan Window.
5- Hit the "Delete" key.
6- Select "Constrain from Placement" from the Floorplan menu.

This will properly build the RPM and place it in the Floorplan window. The
user can now Floorplan the RPM.
