Record #5421

Problem Title:
Are virtex devices compatible with PC100 class SDRAM?

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description: Are virtex devices compatible with PC100 class SDRAM?

Solution 1:

PC100 is a class of SDRAM chip that lets a CPU communicate at 100MHz speed.
It is more of the timing relationship to the RAM, not an IO standard.

Virtex should be able to communicate with those chips at
100MHz depending on the design and other system limitations.
