Product Version: 1.5i

Problem Title:
M1.5i: Epic: Cannot edit block/CLB/macro even in read-write mode.

Problem Description:
urgency: standard

General Description:
When editing a CLB in Read-Write mode, but can't change the attributes
or the CLB itself. When the Edit Block window is opened, it switches to
View-Only.

Solution 1:

The block that is being edited belongs to a macro that uses To edit
the CLB contents you must first unbind the macro. To do this follow
the following steps:

1. In the EPIC list, select MACS ALL, for all macros.
2. Select the macro which contains the CLB that needs to be edited
3. Click the edit menu in the main EPIC window.
4. Select Unbind from the edit menu.
5. Highlight the CLB to be modified.
6. Click edit block.

Note: This will only work if you are already in a Read-Write mode. If you
are not in this mode, select the Misc menu and click Post Main Attrs.
Then change the mode to read-write.
