Problem Title:
Design Manager M1.5/i: Map continues to use the "-fp" option even though Set Floorplan Files is set to 'None'

Problem Description:
Urgency: standard

General description:

Even after having set the pulldown under Design->Set Floorplan Files to 'None', the DM/FE continues to run MAP with the "-fp" option. Thus, even though the
use of the floorplan data is being disabled via the menu, the GUI's seem to
conitinue using it to run MAP.

Solution 1:

This is NOT the correct behavior. A bug has been filed on this issue, and
the problem has been corrected in the next software release (M2.1i).

Workaround:

1) Identify where the <design>.mfp exits (where *was* the "Set Floorplan
Files" pulldown previously pointing to ?). Once the *.mfp file has been
located under a particular rev# directory, simply go in and rename
that file (ex - change <design>.mfp to <design>.mfp_bak) Now
implement another revision in the DM. MAP will no longer use the
    "-fp" option.

2) Another alternative is to create a completely new project with the
source netlist. No floorplan data will be present in this newer project.
