General Description:
A prohibit constraint needs to contain the slice field for Virtex only.
This will generate an error in PAR
CONFIG PROHIBIT=CLB_R1C1;
Solution 1:
Include the slice selection.
An equivalent constraint -
CONFIG PROHIBIT=CLB_R1C1.*;
Map will handle this situation correctly in version 2.1i.
