Problem Description: User installed F1.5 from production CD, removed read-only flags from Synth/lib/*.pts, and downloaded   & unzipped f15_cpld_nt3 from the web. The part lists displayed by PCM (for schematic designs) and E xpress showed a new speed grade 95288XL-6. But the part list displayed by the stand-alone Design Mgr   showed a new speed grade 95288XL-7. Either of these new 95288XL speed grades produces a fatal error   when running any of these 3 flows. Solution 1: A fix for this problem is included in the 1.5i Service Pack 1.
