General Description:
When PCI logic is used in a Virtex design, the database for standard
IOBs gets corrupted, causing unpredictable timing analysis results.
Under most circumstances this will lead to missing paths, but it could
lead to crashes on the PC.
Solution 1:
A fix for this problem is included in the 1.5i Service Pack 2. For details
