Problem Description:
Error in PAR, ERROR:xvkap:62 - IOB IOBUFAGP is incompatible with SelectIO standards have already be
en locked into the same IO bank. Examine Bank[7] in the Summary report.
This problem occurrs when trying to lock an IOB that requires a VREF into a VREF site. This is an i
llegal configuration. When the DRC fails, the SelectIO summary report should be printed to describ
e the user error. '

A fix for this problem is included in the 1.5i Service Pack 1. For details
