Problem Title:
1.5i Virtex Bitgen - Incorrect bitstream programming for constant values in Virtex.
Problem Description:
The programming equation for Virtex do not program a constant value correctly because the mux input
swapping equations are looking at the buffered version of singles instead of the unbuffered. This c
auses bad bitstreams and non-functional devices.
Solution 1:
A fix for this problem is included in the 1.5i Service Pack 1. For details
