Problem Title:
1.5i Virtex Bitgen - PCI CE wrap-around pip is not enabled in the Virtex BFD.
Problem Description:
The pips that control the PCI CE wrap-around are set to FALSE. Equations need to be added for these
pips.
Solution 1:
A fix for this problem is included in the 1.5i Service Pack 1. For details
