URGENCY: standard
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
After creating a schematic design and saving it, the Implement button
is still greyed out.
Solution 1:
Try changing the project to target another device. (File -> Project Type)
This should enable the buttons. Then change it back to the intended device.
