General Description:
Upon invoking the Design Manager, you get the following error message:
dsgnmgr: Failed to create empty document
Solution 1:
This error message is a sign that the Design Manager executable (dsgnmgr.exe)
is corrupted. This can happed if something went wrong during the installation.
Check the size of the dsgnmgr executable, M1.5i dsgnmgr should be about 29MB

Re-installing the M1 software has resolved this problem in the past.
