General Description:
After downloading the Exemplar Leonardo Spectrum update from 19982d Build 5.94, to
1998.2d Build 5.103, my project that I opened from a saved project is now targeting
Spartan, where as when I initially saved the project was targeting Virtex.
Solution 1:
Exemplar incoporated some code changes the ended up changing a saved project that was
targeting Virtex, to Spartan, when opened.
The easy and only way around this is to open the saved project re-enter in the part
that you wish to target, and re-save the project.
