Problem Title:
M1 PAR: How can I access multple processors in a single node using the Turns Engine?

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description: Currently the Turns Engine will not take advantage of multiple processors in a single machine, is there a way to take advantage of the extra processors?

Solution 1:

To be able to access multiple processors in a single node, you must
create another alias for that machine.

For example: have one physical machine but has two processors in it.
Have your administrator or someone with root access create two aliases
for the machine. Instead of only logging into this machine by 'rlogin name1'
you will also be able to use 'rlogin name2' as long as name1 and name2
are mapped to the same machine.

Then, when you run multi-node multi-pass place and route you can put name1
and name2 in your nodes list. This will start two PAR's on the same machine,
it is then up to the operating system to allocate one process for each processor.
