General Description:

When installing the Express 3.1 update from the express_31.exe
Service Pack file, the following error may be issued:

PackageForTheWeb:
"Corrupt Cabinet File"

when extracting 'fpgaexp.ico'.




"Corrupt Cabinet File" in a window with the title
"PackageForTheWeb".

"extracting fpgaexp.ico". (In
temp/ptf1~tmp/fe_cd


Solution 1:

This has been seen to occur when using PKZIP rather than Winzip to
extract the file. Be sure that you have the latest version of Winzip
installed on your system before attempting to extract and install the
update.
