General Description :
Trying to run the Design Manager or NDGBUILD program results in the following error:
Cannot execute binary file. $XILINX/bin/sol/dsgnmgr: Exec format error.
Solution 1:
This error has been seen when the the Xilinx tools are run on the Sun Operating system.
M1.5 is supported only on Solaris 2.5/2.6, HP10.20, Win 95 and Win NT 4.0.
