General Description:
Coregen 1.5 tree does not let you overwrite it when unzipping the C1_5.17 IP module patch.
Solution 1:
The permissions on your Coregen tree can be opened up to allow writing to it by running
the following DOS command on the top level directory:
attrib -r *.* /s
