Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
Running NGD2VER/NGD2VHDL 1.5 with -r option causes the
output and input controls to be inverted. For example, if you are
using an OBUFT, the "T" control gets inverted.
Solution 1:
This is fixed in Alliance 2.1i
