This causes problems b ecause a bel has only one pointer to a signal. The other signal can be corrupted when changes are m ade to the IBUF bel. This will cause core dumps in epic (CR #110651) and errors in par (CR #110716) . Fixing this will require changes to the cellmodel (cmodel.ncm, lbe.grf) to add a bel, and will re quire an ncd conversion.
