Problem Description:
There are 4 pips that connect BHLL[1-4] to VLL[7-10] respectively in the rightmost bottom IOB tile t
hat should not exist. This was a known issue for the 4000ex/xl in M1.3 that was supposed to have bee
n fixed but apparently slipped through the cracks.
Solution 1:
A fix for this problem is available in the 1.5i Service Pack2:
